about

Why design?

I believe everyone should have control over their relationship with technology. My goal as a designer is to create products that empower users, align with humane values, and contribute to a positive future. Design is my way of contributing to a world I genuinely want to live in, helping steer us toward a world where tech serves people, not the other way around.

My background in psychology and sociology.

With a strong foundation in psychology and sociology, I bring a deep understanding of human behavior and motivation into the world of product design. This background allows me to approach design challenges with empathy and insight into users’ needs and desires.

My knowledge of psychological principles—like cognitive load theory and behavioral conditioning—guides me in creating products that are intuitive, accessible, and enriching for users.

I wanted more.

While I enjoyed working in education and social services, I craved a creative outlet that combined empathy with innovation. Transitioning into design allowed me to apply my problem-solving skills on a larger scale, merging my passion for helping people with my love for art and creativity.

This thing called UX?

When the pandemic hit, it was a turning point for me. I discovered UX design—a field that perfectly combines my background in psychology with my creative inclinations. This transition allowed me to design with empathy and purpose, creating user experiences that resonate with people on a meaningful level.

Fast forward to now.

Today, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse enterprises and B2C startups in industries like travel, social media, fitness, and more. I've taken products from initial concept to polished completion, enhanced existing experiences, and redesigned platforms to elevate their UX standards. My goal remains the same: to build meaningful, human-centered experiences that add value to people's lives and foster genuine connections with technology.

In my spare time,

Outside of work, you’ll often find me immersed in music, exploring new destinations, or staying active. I'm passionate about experiencing different cultures through travel, tasting diverse cuisines, and unwinding with my gaming setup. My home life is lively with the companionship of my cats, dog, and the joy of cooking new recipes with my partner. These interests fuel my creativity and keep me connected to the world around me, providing inspiration for the work I do in design.
